KUMARAKOM BIRD SANCTUARY is located in kottaym city in kerala India . you can travel 16 km from Kottayam to reach Kumarakom. this place is very famous for boat race and boat travel . here we can get the verity of boat house to travel the water. we can take the boat house for one whole family inside the boathouse have the rooms like the home kitchen can able to cook the food and stay up to 3 days we can travel . i think they are charge 10,000 INR for 3 days . am not sure exactly how much average amount is 10k INR. The Boat race will be held on the Onam time
